I am ready to send a dispute form for a derogitory report on my credit and I'm down to 2 choices. Its a charge-off for a vehicle and it falls out of the repo SOL; however listed on my credit report is a last payment date over a month AFTER the vehicle was reported sold to another party.
So which letter do I send?

the vehicle was regisdtered in early 2000 and it was repo'd in late 2001. So the last payment was probably late 2000 or early 2001.

I have been told that this person was scammed into installing / buying vista guardian. I gave her a bunch of next steps to do and everything will be fine, but I am wondering whether or not this rogue spyware "removal" tool is going to steal any of her info like credit cards, bank info etc... She's in the process of getting that sorted out with the bank and I will be formatting her PC.
