Why is my credit card not working when I tried to pay some membership fee online? It was a clickbank.net?
I have tried a couple of times to pay for it via the internet using my credit card but it just really won't work, it will always come out as:
Unable to authorize.
Please make corrections and try again,
or try using a different card.
Why is that? I have called the customer service of my bank, and checked whether it wasn't activated but it was.
I'm trying to pay some membership fee for an internet-based job? What doesn't seem to be working, my card? Then, if it's my card, what might I have done wrong. I have checked the card number many times, and I've always typed it right. Or is it their website?

Probably because it's an international card. Most sites check the address you enter against the billing address on the credit card, if they don't match, then the transaction is declined. International card issuers cannot perform this address validation.

Unfair for landlords to run a credit check before you move in because of recession ?
There was a nice apartment that I was considering to move into. My credit score is in fair condition. Due to the recession, I lost my job a few years ago which some of my bills I could not pay went onto my credit report. I have a good job now and resolving my old bills. The apartment manager sent me a letter saying that my credit report is unsatisfactory. I feel that everyone is dealing with the recession right now and I feel that it's unfair for them to decline my application due to the recession. Is there any way I can dispute this ? Everything else on my application was approval, references, backround check, good past landlord standing .

Like you said, there is a recession. The landlord can not afford to deal with a dead beat, so it is better to just avoid them all together.
There is no way to force them to rent to you.
You need to rent from landlords who have your same ethics, that it is OK to screw others over if you have an excuse.

A factoring account is an account that was not in default when it was sold. A good example of a factoring account is a mortgage loan that was sold to investor from another.
It is against the law for JDBs to list a charged off account as a factoring account, but they do it anyway.
